NOTE: This Protocol has been used successfully in many individuals with nutritionally- and allergy-related dis-eases. Yes it is a rather severe elimination-diet protocol. But its benefits come from its success. I kid you not. And, by the way, when I say ELIMINATE, I mean ELIMINATE.
CONTINUE WITH THIS PROTOCOL FOR 3-4 WEEKS; AFTERWARDS SELECTED FOODS MAY BE ADDED ONE AT A TIME AND NO MORE FREQUENTLY THAN ONE EVERY 3-4 DAYS ** PERHAPS A NUTRITIONIST MIGHT HELP AT THIS STAGE.
- Eliminate ALL dairy and dairy products: milk, cheese, yogurt, etc; use apple juice on oat cereal (try it, you might like it!)
- Eliminate ALL wheat- and rye-containing foods
- Eliminate ALL corn-containing foods and sweeteners
- Watch oat cereal; insure they do not contain much wheat; Quaker Oats good; do not eat more than once every two days
- Eliminate nuts, peanuts, and shellfish
- Eliminate ALL yeast-containing and fermented foods: leavened breads, beer and wine, vinegar, soy sauce
- Eliminate all caffeine-containing foods and drinks
- Eliminate ALL refined sugars, and sugar-containing drinks
- Eliminate all colors, dyes, and additives
- Take powdered Vitamin C as directed: see Vitamin C Protocol
- a. Listen to AWG tape three times each day, one being at bedtime (for physical
relaxation and to get mind in a relaxing mode, positive attitude mode)
b. Listen to as little TV as possible
- Eat meats, fish, vegetables, watch amount of fresh fruit because of sugar content, but no one food more frequently than once every three days

- Vitamin B injections - when required
