INCREASING LIQUIDITY NOT AFFECTING THE DOLLAR
INCREASING LIQUIDITY NOT AFFECTING THE DOLLAR
I am still in a learning phase. I have a question for my Blog readers. With the 700 billion being used for the so-called “bailout” which will be voted upon tomorrow in the House, we know that the Treasury will have to increase liquidity. They will do this in the only way they know how – that is, to print more money. My question is, if this is so, why is not the dollar going down and gold going up?
Could it be that my assumption is wrong? If you have the answer, please answer my Blog and I will publish your answer as I do all comments to my Blogs.
